01. WHEN ARE THE CLASSES?

IYC Omotesando Studio Schedules:

  • Sun 9:45-11:00 (Functional Yoga Training w/ Tom)
  • Sun 13:30-14:45 (Vinyasa Flow w/ Joey) 
  • Sun 15:10-16:25 (Ashtanga Basic w/ Tom)
  • Tue 19:00-20:15 (Vinyasa Flow w/ Joey)

アーサナの苦手意識克服を目的とした基本クラスとしてお考え下さい。

◇ How to take the studio class:

No reservation required! Just show up 10min before class starts with a smile.  Oh, btw, no monthly fee either so it’s easy to just come when you like.   

◇ What to bring:

  • Yoga wear (AKA gym wear). 
  • Yoga mats.  If not, we have rental yoga mats for 300yen. 
  • Curiosity.  It’s okay if you are not flexible.  Just come with a flexible mind!

¥ 1,760~ per class
  • 1x : ¥3,300 (@¥3,300)
  • 4x : ¥11,000 (@¥2,750)
  • 10x : ¥22,000 (@¥2,200)
  • 20x : ¥35,200 (@¥1,760)

  • No Membership Fee
  • No Annual/Monthly Fee
  • Cash or Paypay. We do NOT accept credit cards. Please kindly bring exact change.

03. WHERE IS THE STUDIO?

IYC (International Yoga Center) Omotesando Studio:

IYC Omotesando is only a short walk from Metro Omotesando Stn, Jingumae Stn, or Shibuya Stn.  

Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the fashion district in Tokyo, you can shop for the latest fashion or pick up the freshest produce at the local Farmer’s Market around the corner after practice.

04. WHO IS THE CLASS FOR?

The studio classes are for everyone.  From beginners to seasoned practitioners alike.
