We invite you to slow down and truly unwind — that’s why our minimum stay is set at 2 nights, 3 days.
This is a completely invitation-only retreat with a small, intimate group.
Because of this, you can relax deeply and feel truly at ease.

🛏️ 2 nights, 3 days / ¥26,400 (incl tax) per person
(includes 2 yoga sessions, 2 meditation sessions, 2 healthy breakfasts, and 2 nights’ stay)

Q: What’s included in the retreat fee?

2 Sky Yoga + 2 guided meditation sessions

Q: Is dinner included?
Not by default—but you can choose an optional seafood dinner on Day 2.
Q: Is this suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! All yoga levels are welcome. The yoga classes are gentle, accessible, and adapt to each person’s needs.
Q: Do I have to attend every session?
Not at all—this retreat is about tuning into your own rhythm. Participate as you feel called.
Q: What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, reusable water bottle, personal items (books/journal encouraged).
Yoga mats and props are provided.
Q: Is there Wi‑Fi or cell reception?
Wi‑Fi is available, though we invite you to unplug—this is your digital detox space.
Q: How do I get to the retreat?
We offer pick-up from Atami Station on arrival day. Departure is arranged as well—details will follow in your confirmation email.
Q: Can you accommodate special diets?
Yes—please let us know at booking if you have dietary preferences or restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, allergies).
Q: What’s the group size?
We cap the group at 2–4 guests to keep the experience intimate and deeply restorative.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fee 100%: 0-2 days before the retreat.
Cancellation fee 50%: 2-7 days before the retreat.

Teacher
TOM
Director, Bodhi Yoga Tokyo.
Born in Japan and raised in Chicago, Tom works with individuals and organizations on ways to reduce stress and realize mindfulness using yoga and breathing techniques to enhance productivity.
Tom's methodology integrates Ashtanga, Bikram and Hatha yoga as well as Vipassana meditation.
Tom received his ERYT200/ ERYT500 certification in Dharamshala India, and have studied under John Scott and Ken Harakuma.
Yoga not only brings flexibility to your body, it can help calm the mind and raise creativity in your life and work. Many studies have proven that yoga and meditation are great compliments to a busy daily lifestyle.
Tom believes that one source of stress in modern life is the division between body and spirit.
Tom's unique English/Japanese instruction seeks to heal this division by helping clients join Yang (energetic) and Yin (calming) giving life and body more power, direction and energy.
